"Sustainability Matters: Cabot Corporation's Commitment to Progress" summarizes our exceptional performance in safety, and provides a review of the progress made to date on the initiatives we are undertaking to reduce our environmental impact. In the report, we demonstrate how Cabot's social responsibility extends to the communities where we operate by highlighting some of the many examples of Cabot's community outreach efforts. We are also pleased to reiterate our historic and unwavering adherence to ethical business practices, global standards and governance.

Clearly, sustainability matters. It's a commitment that is shared among our 4,000 hard-working employees and partner organizations throughout the Cabot network.
